Business Services

Employers:

Recruitment • Training • Hiring Incentives

You have jobs – we have prospects – we should talk. The Center for Workforce Development has a wide range of services designed to make hiring faster, easier, smarter all at no cost to you.

When you have an open position, we’ll enter it in the State job bank, our local digital HOT JOBS and share it on our social media platforms. We can start referring qualified candidates immediately. We also offer multi-employer job fairs and customized recruitment events at your site or our Career Center.

But that is only part of how we assist employers. A strong economy is dependent on successful business – and both are dependent on educated and skilled workers. As our name implies, enhancing the skills and knowledge of our local workforce is a key component of the services we offer to local businesses.

As participants in local trade, industry and economic development organizations, we have a finger on the pulse of Sullivan County’s ever-changing and competitive job market. We network, listen, assess and provide labor market information. We can provide job retention assistance and, if need, help you manage workforce reductions.

We work with our education partners and employers to ensure that training is aligned with employers current and emerging needs. Whether you are looking for new workers or you want to upskill your current team we can assist you in choosing the right training that is classroom based, virtual or on the job.

LET'S TALK ABOUT WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU.
