Livingston Manor, NY - The Sullivan County Division of Public Works is closing a portion of Hunter Lake Road, Town Highway 36, in the Town of Rockland, to rehabilitate County Bridge 247. County Bridge 247 is located near the intersection of County Road 83 (Willowemoc Road) and Hunter Lake Road, Town Highway 36.
This section of Hunter Lake Road is scheduled to be closed to all traffic starting 8 a.m., Monday, June 18 and will remain closed for approximately 16 weeks. Traffic may detour around the closed section of road using Willowemoc Road to Parksville Road (CR 84) to Flynn Road to Anderson Road to Lily Pond Road to Old Lily Pond Road to Hunter Lake Road.
