Update (4:34pm):
Verizon Wireless has repaired the issue with their customers being able to contact 911. Calls to 911 should be working normally in Sullivan County.

Sullivan County - We have been made aware that Verizon Wireless is experiencing an issue with connecting calls to local 9-1-1 Centers. This appears to be a widespread issue affecting several counties in the Hudson Valley. In the event that a Verizon Wireless customer in Sullivan County experiences an issue calling 9-1-1 they should hang up and call 845-583-7100 to be connected to our 9-1-1 call center.
