Liberty, NY – The State will initiate a second round of Emergency HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program) benefits on Tuesday, February 18, and has also extended the first round of Emergency HEAP benefits, plus the regular HEAP benefits, to April 24, 2020.
The new benefits, which can only be accessed after regular HEAP and initial Emergency HEAP benefits have been exhausted, will mirror the first round of Emergency HEAP:
