Yulan, NY - The Sullivan County Division of Public Works has closed a portion of Woods Road in the Town of Highland to repair County Bridge 432. The wooden structure was “red-flagged” for needing immediate replacement of the guardrails.
Located close to County Route 22 (aka Beaver Brook Road) in Yulan, this section of Woods Road will remain closed until repairs are completed, estimated to take approximately two (2) weeks.
The Sullivan County Division of Public Works suggests a detour route using CR 22, CR 21 (Yulan-Barryville Road) and Schumacher Road, approximately three (3) miles in length.
