Mission Statement

To support, promote, advance, and advocate for public library services in the eleven Sullivan County Libraries of the Ramapo Catskill Library System (RCLS). To exchange ideas and information common to all public libraries. To network with other countywide agencies and organizations. To seek additional sources of funding for member libraries.
