By mail: Checks payable to "Sullivan County Treasurer" and mailed to PO Box 5012, Monticello, NY 12701
In person: at the Treasurer’s Office on the first floor of the Government Center, 100 North Street, Monticello, New York.
By credit card: Contact the Treasurer's Office to pay by credit card.
