Programs include Children with Special Health Care Needs programs (CSHCN), home visiting programs such as the Healthy Families of Sullivan, Maternal Child Health Nursing, Child Passenger Safety, Immunization and Testing Clinics, Lead Poisoning Prevention, Health Education, Smoking Cessation Referral to the NYS Fax Quit Line and WIC.
